Frequently Asked Questions

What does it mean to make a social-first campaign?
It’s certainly possible to resize a TVC for social. Sometimes, we do that. (We all do.) But that’s a far cry from a social strategy. Our social-first campaigns are built to be seen in the feed. Shot like social, speaking the language of the internet, with hooks to maximize viewability and interest.
What’s the difference between influencer marketing and creator partnerships?
Both can be successful content creator strategies. An influencer campaign with 25 content creators posting about a new product launch works well — solid influencers boost interest and add credibility. Bringing on content creator(s) as brand partners and evolving together can be the next step in marketing authentically on social, working with the same creators over time to build a deeper relationship with the brand and the audience.
How do you keep up with what’s actually happening on social?
We publish the Culture Atlas — our own running write-up of the trends moving on TikTok, the creators driving them, and which ones are worth a brand’s time. It began as an internal habit and became something we share. It is also why our social work tends to arrive in the feed sounding like the feed, rather than like an agency’s read of it six weeks later.
