As the world began to reopen in Spring 2021, Federal Realty came to January Third to design a campaign welcoming neighbors back to Federal Realty's communities — and increase awareness of their properties across social and digital channels.
The goal was awareness among the targeted local audience, and the campaign outperformed expectations, beating Facebook's average CPM by 83% and reaching 335,829 unique people.
