Job Opening: Junior Social Content Producer
Hello, internet 👋
We’re looking for a Junior Content Producer/Editor to make ultra-contemporary scroll-stopping goodies for clients ranging from retail to airlines and everything in between.
We’re a small agency that’s more interested in finding a person that’s the right fit, rather than a person with the perfect resume. In general, the best candidate for us will have ~2 years of experience making social content (at an agency, in-house, or as a creator), but we’re open to smart, strategic folks who are slightly earlier or slightly later in their careers, too.
🌐 Lives online (in a good way) and can spot what’s trending before it feels like a brand is late
✂️ Can concept + shoot + edit short-form video on iPhone
🎥 After Effects experience is a plus!
🎨 Has a good eye for timing, pacing, framing, captions, sound, and what makes something scroll-stopping
👀 Is confident multi-tasking across multiple projects and clients
🧑🤝🧑 Flourishes in a small team environment through both self-direction and co-working
💞 Is not precious: you can iterate quickly, take feedback, and make version 2, 3, 7 without spiraling
→ Creating and editing social content like Reels and Tiktoks (from concepting to video editing to writing post copy)
→ Bonus if you can also edit TVC/OLV and/or have animation chops (Premiere and AE)
→ Working with our creatives to translate bigger campaign ideas into native, platform-smart executions
→ Supporting content shoots from iphone to larger sets
→ Join our goofy, fun 20-ish person team in-office in Logan Circle three days a week
→ Grow! We are looking for the right person to invest in who can grow within our team
→ Learn by doing — not being afraid to take initiative, step up, and figure things out
→ Make a lot of fun, weird, cool things!
→ We have a killer office on 14th Street/Logan Circle with some quality office dogs
→ We work in-person at the office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (we WFH Weds/Friday).
→ We have healthcare and vacation days, it’s all pretty standard…
→ And we close the office for 3 weeks per year, so that we’re 100% sure everyone gets a break. But we also offer PTO.
